Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- •1-2 years of customer service experience
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
- •Basic knowledge of solar systems preferred
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
